The Committee

Established in January 2002 within the "Organization of Cape-verdeans in Luxembourg", the Comité Spencer a.s.b.l. has today about thirty active members, mostly young people from Cape Verde but also many sympathizing members.
As of January 30, 2005, the "Comité Spencer" became a nonprofit organization (a.s.b.l.).
